Hint 1What to notice
Make room to move the eastern mirror before taking it towards the bend. The nearby rock can be moved out of its way.
Hint 2What to set up
The western rock provides a turning point below the bend. It is not a direct bridge to the small exit island.
Hint 3The decisive move
Use that extra standing point to bring the mirror around the bend, then along the upper arm to the far western tip. Check the southern reflection from there.

Clear the eastern end
Move the rock beside the eastern mirror north off the island, making a flat stone. Use that extra space to reposition the mirror onto the main island’s lower horizontal corridor, with room to move it west.
Prepare the outside of the bend
Go to the far western rock. Push it east along the upper arm until it is above the vertical bend, then south down the bend and off its bottom edge. It becomes a flat stone immediately below the main corridor.

The western rock is now a flat stone below the bend, giving space to reposition around the mirror. Enlarge image Bring the mirror around the bend
Move the mirror west along the lower corridor to the bend. Stand east of it on the corridor and check that the pale reflection is on the new flat stone immediately south of the bend. Use the mirror interaction to transfer onto that stone, putting you south of the mirror. Push the mirror north up the bend, then go to its eastern side and push it west along the upper arm. Leave it at the far western tip, where its southern light reaches the small exit island.

The mirror is at the far western tip; its southern light reaches the separate exit island. Enlarge image Transfer onto the small island
Stand east of the mirror along the upper arm. Check that the pale reflection is on the southwest island, then use the mirror interaction. Walk onto the nearby gold circle. The recording returns to the regional map after completion.

Check your result
The mirror ends at the western tip of the main island’s upper arm, and the character stands on the gold circle of the separate southwest island.
If your attempt went wrong
If you cannot get around the mirror at the bend, check that the western rock has been pushed south off the bottom edge to make the extra standing tile. If the final reflection is over water, check the mirror’s western position and your distance along the upper arm.
