Into the west current

Use the upper island to reposition a stone, divert the western flow, and ride the lower pad back north.

Stop after any hint. The complete route and later-state picture remain hidden below.

Hint 1What to notice

The upper island is a working platform. Reaching it gives you a new pushing side for a stone.

Hint 2What to set up

Build that small crossing before spending the lower stones on the final pad.

Hint 3The decisive move

One stone changes the current at the western bank. Another launches the lower pad left into that flow.

  1. Reach the upper island

Move the second stone right, then up across the water. Move the third stone left, then up twice into it to build the crossing. From the water stone, push the upper stone up twice, right, left, down five, left, then up twice onto the small island.

  2. Divert the western current

Push that stone left into the water. Move the native left stone right, up twice, then left into the first stone to change the current.

  3. Launch the exit pad

Put the remaining stone in the column to the right of the lower pad and push it all the way down. Ride the pad left into the adjusted current to reach the checkpoint above. Return to board 10 for the boat route.

Check your result

The sailor can ride north to the upper checkpoint. Board 10 is the final return leg, not a new unsolved detour.

If your attempt went wrong

If the pad enters the old straight current, the western collision is incomplete. Undo the launch and fix the diversion; do not keep relaunching the pad into unchanged water.
