South world · Outdoor routes · After Level 1
Carry the stone out of the Level 1 entrance
Use the stone unlocked by Level 1 to reach the next outdoor island.

This outdoor overview is annotated and shows the route. It is not a spoiler-free puzzle image.
Is this your board?
The Level 1 entrance is behind you on the named island. A large stone is now accessible just below its lower-left side.
If your layout differs, compare the other boards before following this route.

Stop after any hint. The complete route and later-state picture remain hidden below.
Hint 1What to notice
The next route starts at the entrance you just finished. Look below it before searching the distant islands.
Hint 2What to set up
The stone must travel down into the next screen. Your character follows the land path, not the stone’s exact line.
Hint 3The decisive move
In the next screen, move the imported stone left and then all the way right. That shifts the pad down into the current.

Move the unlocked stone
After finishing Level 1, push the newly reachable lower-left stone down into the next outdoor screen.
Follow the separate footpath
Walk down from the entrance along the land route to reach the stone’s new position. Do not try to follow through the water directly behind it.
Launch the pad
Push the imported stone left, then all the way right across the screen. The pad moves down into the current.
Ride to the lower land
Board from the lower edge and step off on the island below. This leads towards the next outdoor section and Level 2.

Check your result
The imported stone is in the second outdoor screen, and the pad is travelling in the current below it.
If your attempt went wrong
If the stone is unavailable below the entrance, verify that you finished the Level 1 return route. Moving unrelated stones in the next screen does not replace this prerequisite.
Use directions relative to the board image. Where timing matters, use your game's current slow-time binding. Launch-layout route; the October 9 update changes some South-world checkpoints.
